It can be a bit difficult to tell exactly how a piece will turn out until it has fully healed. So if you can post a pic of the healed tattoo then we will be able to give some pointers
From the pic I would say it is a little too dark in a few places(You can always do a bit more but never any less to a tattoo) so the definition is lost eg. right hand and the two separate areas of gray on the right side of the face could do with being joined at the jawline
The shading looks nice and even with a smooth gradation of tone

Not bad. Would suggest aliitle more time working with pencils and studying facial features in more depth. Concentrate on one feature at a time. Practise a single eye until happy then move on to a pair. then work on noses then mouth etc. your shade work could do with a little more depth and contrast. focus on getting that smooth gradient of dark to light. No offence to the member that posted the comment about as long as the customer is happy. Your are obviously unsure about the finished tat by your request. this attitude can lead to a lazy f~~k it attitude towards your work. Take alook at what yourve done this time. Decide what it is you need to improve about the design and dont stop until you crack it.

All the best
