I got a tattoo on thursday my 5th and its on my lower arm,  Its itching like hell and i stupidly scratched it, and now its hot and sore, i never broke the skin I donmt think i am really worried any suggestions

It may just be part of the natural healing process sometimes a healing tattoo will get hot as the body increases the flow of blood to the area to heal the wound.
Applying cream eg. Bepanthen will help stop the itching or a quick slap will also do the trick if you don’t have cream to hand. A gentle wash twice daily with an antibacterial soap will also help. Applying the cream afterward to stop it drying out too much

  dont scratch it just tap it gently if it itches works very well
